This 3 button key-remote will work with the factory installed remote keyless entry (RKE) system on the vehicles listed below. Your vehicle must have the factory RKE system installed on it. Customers are responsible to determine if they have this option and to purchase the correct remote for their vehicle. All of our remotes come with new batteries and are tested before shipment.

PROGRAMMING: The key-remote you purchase needs to be programmed to work on your vehicle. The remote and key can be programmed as long as you already have two working keys. If you do not, then the key must be programmed by an authorized dealer or automotive technician with the appropriate scan tool. In addition, the key blade must be cut to match your vehicles locking mechanism.

    2013 F150 2nd Key/Remote

Posted by Mark Trowbridge on 13th Nov 2023

I bought a 2nd key for my 2013 F150. Per the instructions I took it to my local Ford dealer to be programmed to my truck. The dealer was able to successfully program the key to my truck.

    Worked as advertised

Posted by Travis G. on 6th Oct 2023

I already had FORscan and an OBDII-USB cable and two working keys so it was only a matter of getting a local locksmith to cut the key blank for me. After that I was able to program this key in the PATS system and it worked as expected for my 2011 F-150 FX4.

Awesome key worked flawlessly, just make sure you know some keys have a chip so they need to be programmed. But I've ordered 2 from them

this is a chipped key . You need a locksmith or a dealer to program it. Cant say I would buy again just because of that. But it locks and unlocks perfect.

The key is a perfect match for my 2012 Ford Edge.

Posted by Patty on 18th Apr 2021

I received the key and went to Autozone to have them cut the key! Of course they wanted to tell me all these reasons why they couldn't cut it like covid19, and I just came back at them with ,why do you need to get into my car? I dont need you to program it i just need it cut, then they said we can't cut it it because we can't charge you for it because we cut keys for free, then I said well charge me for a key then and so they said ok I will try to cut the key. So their machine did a perfect job of cutting the key and now I just need to get it programed, I followed the directions for programming the remote entry and that took a couple of times to run through it and I eventually got it programmed. Now I am ordering the OB2 device to try to get the key programmed. I will update on that later.
