To check if your vehicle has this option, there will be a two-wire programming connector that is connected to the RKE control module. Pull off the cover where the jack is located (left rear of vehicle).  You will see the windshield washer reservoir.  The RKE module, if equipped, is located behind the reservoir and there should be a programming connector wire coming out of it. Look for the programming connector just hanging there, not connected to anything.  If it is not there, you do not have the factory RKE system.
